face swelling on one side-hi allhope this is in the righ


hi all
hope this is in the right post
if not sorry :-(

i have swelling on one side of my face now for over a year, no pain,soreness
just looks like i have had a injection after having a tooth out, which on many occasions people have asked which may me go to the doctors for a check up.
i have had a scan on face and neck and also a MRI scan, but all came back clear :-) which is good
but now doctors dont know whats causing the swelling and have just told me theres nothing they can do as they dont know whats causing it and thats that :-(

so i have a swelling on one side of my face which is getting me down now as i am more aware of it when speaking to people
has anyone had this problem and if so was it treated/
