Whats up with my stomach -Whats up guys... 25 year old h

My stomach is pretty messed up as well, there are days when the pain is phenomenal in the sense that I'm surprised I can still stand it's that bad. I remember one day in work I eat 2 grapes from the fridge and in the same minute my stomach was in serious agony and I immediately needed the toilet for a crap.

Then I drank a lot of coke before going to work, my stomach was fine but the instant I got inside the place my stomach died, I spent the next 30-40 minutes doing the toilet around 4-5 times, it was just brown water but the smell was vile.

It happens to me occasionally, aka I seem to eat something and it murders me for 2 days, one day I was in that much agony I didn't eat or drink a single thing, just about every day I have stomach pains, sometimes it's very severe and it gets cramped while sometimes it's just a feeling like something is eating away inside me, but when I get diarrhea it's pretty excessive for the first 20 minutes, I can't move off the pan!

Also what does it mean when your stomach turns into a brick? hard to explain but normally it's pretty soft and you can poke it and get far, but when I am in this pain it's rock solid.

Not sure if it's related but I guess it's something we have eaten which has triggered something and whenever we eat something else it sets it off again, at least that’s what it feels like with me, but the pain is unreal, maybe I should visit a doctor.
