Painful bump thingie -Okay...this is kind of strange

Bella Okay...this is kind of strange. Directly below my sternum, and a few inches above my navel, when I press down it is really quite painful, and I can feel a small sort of bulge beneath the skin. I guess this is around where my stomach would be. I'm a 17 year-old female who has been pseudo-diagnosed with GERD (gastro-esophageal reflux disease), and have been having bloody diarrhea off and on for about three days.
