spots on neck-If acne is what i think it is


bump been a while and no response If acne is what i think it is this is just spots but i thought this was still the right board.

When i do sport ect i sweat realy badly down my back, it used to be quite spoty but i got a good strong brush which i use in the shower now to clean it, my neck however has just got worse, i clean it regulary but i just cant beat them, my face isnt bac but it isnt great.

I was thinking if its the sweat that is causeing spots on my neck then if i put antiperprent on my neck would that help? bit crazy i know but ill try anything ||| bump been a while and no response
