I use cetaphil, rubbing alcohol (which I have been told to NEVER do, but it seems to work better than everything else), sometimes neosporin to the irritated ones, and sometimes tea tree oil.
Make sure you wash your makeup sponges/pads/puffs every night w/ an antibacterial type soap and/or tea tree oil. Lay them flat to dry. It will keep them fresh and prevent spreading any fungus/bacteria from day to day which will only add to your acne.
I am looking into finding a new skin cleansing/acne fighting regimen, because my current combo of OTC products doesn't do much but prevent my acne from getting worse. Just wondering what works for everyone.
